Tony Castronovo, for years, worked hard climbing the corporate ladder. The steady paycheck, health insurance, and retirement plan all seemed to spell success for him. Despite promotions, lofty job titles, bonuses, and raises, it simply was not enough, or should it be said, it was not right for him.

It’s uncertain whether Tony was born with the entrepreneurial bug or if it bit him somewhere along the way. However, he knew he wanted to run his own business. Like many before him, he started a side hustle, creating a business while working a full-time corporate job. Soon, he found himself rushing to his home office to work on what he was most passionate about.

Over the next several years, Tony began to loathe his job and had no desire to “go the extra mile.” But he was scared! He was afraid to leave what seemed like a secure future. There were too many unknowns and too many gremlins lurking around every corner, just waiting for him to fail.

After seven years of running a successful real estate investment company while working full-time at a corporate job, enduring long commutes and plenty of business travel, Tony finally had the guts to follow his dreams. But it was not easy, and each day brought a new set of challenges. His reason for starting Grit to Growth surfaced because of a burning passion he has always had for people and helping them achieve the success they desire.
