I have been following Jake & Gino podcast for a while and it is great! They have a wider coverage of different aspects of investing.

In my experience, an investor receiving a pref. return will still be entitled for equity gains.

I think when a deal meets an equity multiple of 1.9-2X it is time to exit. I'm open to hear other thoughts and inputs though.

I find Creative Cash (Bill Ham) quite useful if you want to learn seller financing.
