Rachel and Greg grew up playing sports and learned early that a team is greater than the sum of its parts. Complimenting each other’s skill sets has allowed them to grow their personal portfolio of over 20 rental units, including 4 Airbnbs. They have also assisted buyers to acquire over 74 units. All while managing 140+ units at Twin City Properties Management Company including houses, duplexes, apartments, office buildings and an RV park. These two have house hacked, completed a live-in flip, and remodeled apartments. They are not afraid of hard work and are willing to do what it takes to make it happen!

Rachel Schwartz

Rachel is a Texas native, an Aggie graduate and the better half of the Rachel and Greg team. Rachel grew up in Bastrop, TX and attended TAMU Class ‘15. She runs the operations behind the buying and managing of our properties. She ensures the train stays on the tracks. Her specialty is property and systems management. Rachel enjoys fitness, traveling, spending time with her family and taking walks with her dog Chance.

Greg Schwartz

Greg comes to us from Maryland. Prior to real estate, Greg served 9 years as a Marine Corps helicopter pilot. After the Marines, Rachel convinced Greg to move to Texas and Greg convinced Rachel to jump into real estate. He runs the acquisitions and is also a Realtor focused on helping investors buy and sell properties. Greg also enjoys fitness, travel, and flying.
