Harrison graduated from St. Edward’s University with dual degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

TJ VALOIS

Principal

TJ Valois has been involved in the sales of and investment in real estate for over 20 years of his life. He was trained since early childhood in economical purchase-to-rent residential real estate through a 20-year family residential portfolio and trained in real estate sales through full time employment brokering residential lots in California and Baja California. In 2019 TJ started Valen Capital and specifically focused on the investment of multifamily commercial real estate. TJ is responsible for business development, strategic partnerships, and investor relations.

ROSS RABINOVITCH

Senior Vice President, Investments

Ross Rabinovitch serves as the leader for Valen Capital’s investment platform. He is responsible for acquisitions, asset management and capital strategy as well as providing strategic oversight. Ross ultimately approves all Valen Capital investments. He is known in the industry as a financially creative real estate executive with extensive transactional and asset management experience in the multi-family, retail, industrial, specialty and office asset classes. He has proven management abilities and success in establishing a multitude of inter-company platforms, processes, and infrastructure to support assets under management. Prior to joining Valen Capital, Ross was the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management for a New York based real estate investment firm where he was responsible for portfolio growth and optimization. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland with a Master of Real Estate Development and was the recipient of the Academic Excellence Award. Ross also graduated magna cum laude with distinction from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts.

ANDREW OH

Vice President, Acquisitions

Andrew Oh is responsible for sourcing and delivering fully packaged, off-market multifamily asset offerings to Valen Capital, as well as being a driving force behind the structure and operational efficiency of the internal team. Prior to joining Valen Capital, Andrew spent 14 years sourcing, negotiating, and analyzing commercial real estate assets for a Texas-based family office. Andrew has played a part in over $200M worth of Hospitality, Industrial and Multifamily investments. Andrew graduated from University of Oklahoma with a degree in Management and Supply Chain.
